2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery Main Ticket and Draw Information:
- The 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery main ticket prices are Single ticket is $110, 3-Pack price is $220, 6-Pack price is $330 and a 12-Pack price is $550. Only 83,800 tickets will be sold.
- Total retail value of prizes is $2,305,129.81 (excluding taxes) for the Main Lottery.
- All persons participating in the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- The Spring Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Friday, May 8, 2026, at Midnight. The Spring Bonus draws will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- The Summer Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Friday, May 22, 2026, at Midnight. The Summer Bonus draws will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- The Early Bird cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Friday, June 12, 2026, at Midnight. The Early Bird draws will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- The Final main ticket sales cutoff for all remaining prizes will be Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Midnight. All remaining main prize draws excluding the Grand Prize draw, will begin on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. All draws will take place at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- The Grand Prize draw will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- In the event the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery sells out prior to Midnight, Friday, June 12, 2026, the following alternative draw dates will be used except for the Spring Bonus, Summer Bonus and Early Bird draws as noted above. All remaining main prize draws excluding the Grand Prize draw, will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:10 a.m. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. All draws will take place at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The Grand Prize draw will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Grand Prize Rules
- The Grand Prize winner will have until Tuesday, July 14, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the cash option will be awarded. In the event the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery sells out prior to midnight, Friday, June 12, 2026, the Grand Prize winner will have until Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the cash option will be awarded.
- Title transfer for Grand Prize Option 1 the Maric Homes home to be built at 53 Alderwood Way, in Headingley, MB would be on or before December 1, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 2 the Artista Homes home to be built at 83 Grove Crescent in Headingley, MB would be on or before September 15, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 3 the Irwin Homes home to be built at 49 Alderwood Way, Headingley, MB would be on or before August 15, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 4 the KDR Homes home to be built at 11 Englemann Cove, in Winnipeg, MB would be on or before July 31, 2027, and the Bloom & Timber condominium unit located at 140-1505 Molson Street in Winnipeg, MB would be on or before November 1, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 5 the condominium to be built at 29C-1000 Sookepoint Place in Sooke, BC would be on or before December 15, 2027.
- Should the show homes still be available at the time of the prize selection for the Maric Homes, Artista Homes, Irwin Homes (not including the Bloom & Timber condo) and KDR Homes, the Winner would have the option to choose the available “show home” as their prize. Should the Winner elect this option and the difference in market value indicated on the home prize between the “to be built home” is greater than the “show home” they select, the winner would be paid the difference of the value of the to be built home and the show home in cash. If the “show home” is valued greater than the to be built home no additional cash for the difference will be awarded to the winner should they select that “show home”.
- Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. The winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.
- Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the home being transferred. If a real estate prize winner is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, the winner will be responsible for payment of the non-resident tax.
- In the event a real estate prize winner is a non-Canadian within the meaning of the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act (PPRPNCA) and the real estate prize is within a region where a transfer of an interest in property is prohibited per the PPRPNCA, the licensee will be legally prohibited from awarding the real estate prize to the winner. If the PPRPNCA applies, the licensee will provide the prize winner with the cash option.
- If the Grand Prize winner chooses one of the homes as their Grand Prize option, the Land Transfer Tax, and the costs of transferring the home to the winner would be borne by the Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery.
- Winners of a Grand Prize Home may be subject to landscaping requirements that are not covered in the prize.
50/50 PLUS™ Draw Info
- 50/50 Plus™ tickets prices are a 10-Pack for $25, 30-Pack for $50, 60-Pack for $75 and 100-Pack for $100. The 50/50 Plus™ jackpot will begin at $400,000 with a minimum prize guarantee of $200,000. Jackpot winner will receive 50% of the gross revenue or the minimum guarantee of $200,000, whichever is higher. In addition to the jackpot draw, 60 additional draws for $500 each will take place throughout the lottery program. See details below.
- 50/50 Plus™ tickets can only be purchased if a 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
- Once 50/50 Plus™ tickets have been purchased, they will be eligible for all subsequent draws within the indicated 50/50 Plus™ The 50/50 Plus™ raffle will include the major jackpot draw as well as additional bonus draws outlined below under rules 21 to 24.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Spring Bonus Draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Spring Bonus cut off for ticket sales will be Friday, May 8, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 Plus™ Spring Bonus draws will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Summer Bonus Draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Summer Bonus cut off for ticket sales will be Friday, May 22, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 Plus™ Summer Bonus draws will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Early Bird draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Early Bird draws cut off for ticket sales will be Friday, June 12, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 Plus™ Early Bird draws will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
- The 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot is 50% of the gross revenue which will include total tickets sold for the 50/50 Plus™.
- The 50/50 Plus™ cut off for ticket sales will be midnight, Thursday, June 25, 2026, or earlier if Main tickets are sold out. The 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot draw will take place Friday, July 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
- If the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery Main tickets sell out before Midnight, Friday, June 12, 2026, the draw for the 50/50 Plus™ Jackpot draw will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Extra Cash Plus™
- Extra Cash Plus™ ticket prices are a 10-Pack for $25, 30-Pack for $50, 60-Pack for $75 and 100-Pack for $100. A maximum of 1,425,000 tickets will be sold.
- Total retail value of the Extra Cash Plus™ prizes is $170,000 (excluding taxes).
- The Extra Cash Plus™ tickets can only be purchased if a 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
- The Extra Cash Plus™ ticket sales cut off is Midnight, Thursday, June 25, 2026, or earlier if the Main lottery tickets sell out. The Extra Cash Plus™ draws will take place on Thursday, July 2, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- If the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery Main tickets sell out before Midnight, Friday, June 12, 2026, the Extra Cash Plus™ draws will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office, C1026-409 Taché Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- There are 120 Extra Cash Plus™ Regular Winners of $1,000 Cash each.
- There are 5 Extra Cash Plus™ Final Winners of $10,000 Cash each.
Other Rules:
- The 50/50 Plus™ and Extra Cash Plus™ tickets are available for purchase by any main ticket purchaser throughout the program. The addition of 50/50 Plus™ and Extra Cash Plus™ tickets will only be accepted online at purchase.trihospitaldream.com/top-up or by phone at 1-844-654-4677 after the initial purchase and must be purchased by the ticket deadline. All purchasers will require their initial order number and postal code to add additional 50/50 Plus™ and Extra Cash Plus™ tickets to their original order. Additional purchases will be in the name of the original ticket purchaser and will be mailed to the address on the original purchase.
- All draws will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
- Each ticket purchase is issued in only one person’s name and prizes will be issued only to the name of the person on the ticket. The person whose name is on the ticket is responsible for distributing any prizes in the event of a group purchase winning. All ticket packs are considered a single purchase and all tickets are issued in one person’s name.
- Each winner, as a condition of accepting any prize, may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming such winner’s eligibility to participate in the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery and releasing the Foundation(s) from all claims, which may arise from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded.
- Tickets can only be purchased within the Province of Manitoba or by a resident of Manitoba. All non-residents must purchase tickets in-person at one of the retail ticket sale locations in Manitoba.
- Once the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery tickets are purchased they are non-transferable and non-refundable once the draw commences.
- Ticket requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
- A ticket is not considered purchased until a verified financial transaction is complete. Ticket requests with cheques returned for insufficient funds (NSF) will be automatically voided. The St. Boniface Hospital Foundation has the right to charge persons $30 to cover NSF administrative costs.
- A complete list of all winners will be published online at trihospitaldream.com within 5 days after the final raffle draw(s) have been completed. Upon request to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation office a listing of winners will be provided.
- All prizes are tax-free. The 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery ticket purchases are not tax deductible, and no charitable donations receipts will be issued, as per Canada Revenue Agency regulations.
- The Foundation(s) reserve the right to use winners’ names and photos in communication, promotional and media materials.
- Members of the Board of Directors and employees and employees’ household members of the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, Health Sciences Centre Foundation and Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Inc., and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery.
- The winner of the Spring Bonus Draw # 1 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
- The winners of the Spring Bonus Shop Draws # 2-6 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
- The winner of the Summer Bonus Draw # 7 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
- The winners of the Summer Bonus Shop Draws # 8-17 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
- The winners of the Early Bird Draw # 18 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
- The winners of the Early Bird 2 Draws # 19-43 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
- The winners of draws 1544-1549 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
- Destination travel vouchers from Fareconnect are for travel from Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. All travel vouchers less than $50,000 must be used and booked within twenty-four (24) weeks of prize notification. All travel vouchers equal to or more than $50,000 must be used and booked within fifty-two (52) weeks of prize notification. In the event travel is not possible, the cash option value will be provided to the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to purchase travel insurance. Additional costs over the prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
- All unclaimed prizes become property of the 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery 90 days after the draw has been performed unless otherwise specified in these rules. We will notify winners by mail and/or by email followed by one telephone call.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the email and postal address on their ticket is correct.
- Each ticket is eligible to win one prize in each prize category. A prize category is defined as each group of identical prizes on the official list of prizes. After each prize category draw is completed, all tickets go back in the draw for the next prize category draws.
- All main prize draws will be drawn in order of ascending retail value.
- All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Some restrictions may apply.
- Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in any advertising.
- Winners are required to present photo identification to claim their prizes valued over $30,000.
- All winners will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket at the time of purchase.
- The Foundation(s) ticket sellers reserve the right to refuse purchasers if their safety feels compromised.
- All ticket holders have the right to witness the draws. If the location of the draws changes, a notice will be provided on our website prior to the affected draw(s).
- Unless otherwise stated in these raffle rules, winners will have 14 days from the date notifying them of their prize options to make their selection.
- The liability of the Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery is limited to the ticket pack price paid in the event a ticket pack is purchased but not processed or entered into the draw.
- Vehicle prizes may be subject to availability from the manufacturer and as such may take upwards to 14 months for delivery. If vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle of equal or greater value will be provided.
